- If the customer is not satisfied with the order, they can return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving it.
- The customer must inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that Le Soleil Jewelry Store reserves the right to refuse any returns if the item(s) does not meet the above conditions.
